Breast Augmentation in Turkey: Prices, Implants and Recovery

Breast Augmentation in Turkey: Prices, Implants and Recovery

Breast augmentation in Turkey can increase breast volume, restore fullness after pregnancy or weight change, and improve some differences between the breasts. The result depends on your existing tissue, implant choice and surgical plan. A larger implant is not always the best answer to the change you want.

Published prices checked on 28 October 2026 include a starting surgical price of €3,020 with Motiva implants and a separate provider’s advertised package range of approximately €3,400–€5,200. These are examples with different inclusions, not a Turkish market average or a Sevclinic quotation. Compare the implant, operation and aftercare before comparing the number.

This guide explains the decisions behind breast enlargement, including when a lift or fat transfer may be more appropriate. It also covers the commitment that continues after you return home: implants need monitoring and may require further surgery.

Breast augmentation in Turkey at a glance

DecisionWhat matters
Procedure nameBreast augmentation, breast enlargement and augmentation mammoplasty describe enlargement procedures. “Boob job” is an informal search term.
Main optionsImplants, your own fat, or a combination in selected patients.
What implants cannot reliably fixSignificant sagging may require a breast lift rather than enlargement alone.
Implant planningWidth, volume, projection, surface and position should fit your anatomy and preferences.
Early recoveryArrange help, time away from work and surgeon-led activity restrictions.
Long-term responsibilityKeep implant records, attend follow-up and budget for possible scans or further surgery.

ASPS describes augmentation using implants or fat transfer and explains why severe drooping may require a lift. A consultation should identify which concern is being treated, not simply select an implant from a catalogue.

How much does breast augmentation in Turkey cost?

An unmarked folder, travel wallet and calculator arranged for planning treatment expenses

The cost of breast augmentation in Turkey is shaped by the device and the operation around it. Implant exchange, correction of asymmetry, fat transfer and a breast lift can each change the plan. Accommodation and travel services introduce another set of differences.

The examples below come from providers’ published pages, checked on 28 October 2026. They retain their original currencies. A starting price is not a personalised offer, and a provider’s package range is not an independently measured national average.

Published exampleAdvertised figureScope to check
Standard augmentation with Motiva implantsFrom €3,020Dr. Semih Yıldız’s cost guide; surgical price, with travel items priced separately.
Motiva Preserve techniqueFrom €5,530Same provider; a technique-specific starting price for selected patients, not a standard implant-package price.
Implant breast augmentation packageApproximately €3,400–€5,200HayatMed’s published 2026 package guide; obtain the current implant and inclusion details.
Standard breast augmentation package$3,200–$6,500Doku Clinic’s published guide; a different provider and currency.

Do not combine these figures into an “average breast augmentation Turkey price.” The underlying offers differ. Ask for the quote’s validity date and what happens if the face-to-face examination changes the recommendation.

What should an all-inclusive breast augmentation package cover?

Use the same checklist for every provider. A simple comparison is more useful than a long list of hotel benefits.

  • The surgeon’s name, operating facility and anaesthesia arrangements.
  • The operation: implants alone, lift with implants, fat transfer or a revision.
  • The manufacturer, model, surface, profile and proposed size range of both implants.
  • Medical assessment, tests and the planned hospital stay.
  • The support bra, prescribed medicines, wound checks and any stitch removal.
  • Hotel nights, companion arrangements, transfers and excluded flights.
  • Follow-up after returning home, emergency contact and responsibility for complications.
  • Additional charges for extra nights, replacement devices or revision surgery.

For example, a quote that includes implants and hospital care but excludes accommodation cannot be compared directly with a quote covering a week’s hotel stay. Equally, a more expensive package is not automatically better care. Ask each provider to explain the medical plan first, then the services around it.

How does the price compare with surgery at home?

The ASPS cost reference gives an average US surgeon fee of $4,875 for augmentation with implants and $5,719 with fat grafting. Those figures exclude anaesthesia, operating-room facilities and related expenses. They are not complete US package prices.

For a useful UK or US comparison, obtain a local total quote for the same operation. Add flights, accommodation, insurance, time away from work and possible return travel to your Turkey budget. We have not converted currencies or calculated a saving from unlike fee structures.

Cheap offers, finance and future costs

If you search for a cheap boob job in Turkey, look closely at what is missing from the offer. Does the price name the implant? Is the surgeon confirmed? Would a lift cost more? What happens to your deposit if assessment shows surgery is unsuitable?

Finance, where offered, is a separate agreement. Read the total repayment, fees and cancellation terms rather than focusing only on the monthly payment. Keep a financial margin for an extended stay. A manufacturer’s implant warranty and a clinic’s aftercare policy are different documents; neither should be assumed to pay every future expense.

Who is suitable for breast enlargement?

You may be considering breast augmentation in Turkey because your breasts have always been small, because they have lost volume, or because they differ in size. Start with a specific goal: more upper fullness, a modest increase, a better fit in clothing, or correction of a noticeable difference.

ASPS candidate guidance emphasises physical health, realistic expectations, developed breasts and an individual decision. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and medical conditions need discussion before scheduling surgery.

Your surgeon should ask about previous breast problems or operations, family history, screening results, medicines, nicotine use and future pregnancies. Any new lump, discharge or unexplained change should be evaluated rather than treated as an aesthetic concern alone.

When might postponing surgery make sense?

Consider whether your weight, family plans or available recovery support are likely to change soon. If you have recently stopped breastfeeding, ask when assessment will be meaningful for your body. Do not rely on one universal waiting period from a social-media post.

You also need time to decide. The BAPRAS patient guide recommends a cooling-off period and consultation with the operating surgeon. If you are unsure about the scar, size or long-term commitment, another discussion is part of good planning.

The wider guide to breast reshaping procedures compares different goals, including volume, position and reduction.

Breast implant types: silicone, saline, shape and surface

Illustrative demonstration models, not identifiable commercial implants.

For breast augmentation in Turkey, “silicone implants” is only the beginning of a device description. Ask which model is proposed, why it fits your anatomy and what its patient information says about risks and follow-up.

FeatureWhat it describesQuestion to ask
Silicone gel or saline fillingBoth have a silicone outer shell. The filling and behaviour after rupture differ. Why do you recommend this filling for me?
Round or shaped designDifferent contour designs and gel characteristics. How does this design interact with my existing tissue?
Profile and projectionHow far the implant projects relative to its width. Can you show the width and projection together?
Smooth or textured surfaceThe outer-shell surface, which is relevant to device-specific risks. What surface is proposed, and what risk information applies?
Manufacturer and modelThe exact device and its documentation. Can I read the current patient information and warranty?

The FDA overview of implant types and ASPS implant guide explain these distinctions. A cohesive or “gummy bear” gel does not make an implant a lifetime device or remove every complication risk.

Motiva, Mentor and brand comparisons

Brand names can help identify a product, but they cannot replace the model and surface details. Availability and regulatory status are specific to a product and jurisdiction. Ask for written confirmation of the device that would actually be implanted; do not rely on a general claim that a brand is “approved everywhere.”

A technique such as Motiva Preserve should also be discussed as a surgical plan, not just a premium upgrade. Ask what the technique changes, who is suitable and whether it meets your goals better than the alternatives. A higher starting price does not establish a better result for every patient.

Choosing implant size: why cc is not a cup size

A clinician comparing implant sizers on a desk during a consultation with a fully clothed patient

When planning breast augmentation in Turkey, remember that a 300 cc implant does not produce the same appearance on every chest. Starting volume, breast width, tissue coverage and skin quality all affect the result. Even the same bra cup label varies between manufacturers.

Try to describe your preferences beyond a letter size. Would you prefer a subtle change in everyday clothing or more visible upper fullness? How important are sport, comfort and the ability to wear certain tops? Bring reference images to explain a preference, while accepting that another person’s anatomy cannot be copied.

Sizers and simulations can help you discuss choices. They are planning aids, not a guarantee of your future shape. Ask to see the proposed width and projection, what limits the size range, and what compromises a larger option would introduce. Prof. Ferit Demirkan’s procedure guide discusses anatomy, sizing and simulation.

Asymmetry and tuberous breasts

Differences between the breasts can involve volume, nipple level, folds or the chest wall. Different implant volumes may help one aspect while leaving another unchanged. Tuberous or constricted breasts can require a more specific corrective plan, sometimes involving more than enlargement.

Ask the surgeon to identify what can improve, which differences are likely to remain and whether treatment should be staged. The BAPRAS guide to congenital breast and chest conditions explains why these concerns need individual assessment.

Implant placement and scars

For breast augmentation in Turkey, the implant pocket may be above the chest muscle, partly beneath it or planned using another approach suited to your tissues. Incision options also differ. Your surgeon should explain the position in plain language and show where the scar is expected to lie.

Planning questionWhy it helps
What tissue will cover the implant?Coverage matters when discussing visibility, edges and rippling.
What happens when I use my chest muscles?Relevant to exercise and possible movement-related appearance changes.
Where is the incision?Allows you to understand the scar and the reason for that access route.
What alternatives are reasonable?Helps separate your anatomical needs from a surgeon’s usual technique.

BAPRAS explains implant placement and incision options. No approach gives every patient the same recovery or guarantees an invisible scar. Discuss your healing history and what scar care would involve after the wound closes.

Implants, a breast lift or fat transfer?

Enlargement and lifting address different concerns. If the main problem is sagging, adding volume alone may leave you with larger breasts that still sit lower than you want. If you like your size but want a different position, ask whether a lift alone would better match the goal.

OptionPotential aimTrade-off to discuss
Implant augmentationAdd volume and projection. An implanted device, monitoring and possible future surgery.
Breast liftReshape and reposition drooping tissue.Additional or different scars; enlargement is a separate decision.
Lift with implantsAddress both volume loss and sagging.A more involved plan, which may be combined or staged.
Fat transferA relatively modest volume increase using your own fat.Donor-site liposuction, variable fat survival and possible repeat treatment.
Hybrid augmentationUse implants and fat for selected contour goals. The considerations and costs of both procedures.

The ASPS fat-transfer overview describes its role in a smaller increase. Its safety guide lists cysts, infection, microcalcification and fat necrosis among the risks. Your own fat does not mean risk-free treatment.

Be cautious about “breast injections” offered as a quick alternative. The FDA warns against injectable silicone for breast or body enlargement. This is different from silicone contained inside a breast implant.

Video: implant versus lift

Breast Implant VS Breast Lift, by Thomas P. Sterry, MD — @drsterry. This 2022 explanation introduces the distinction. An examination is still needed to decide whether you need enlargement, lifting, both or neither.

For significant drooping, read about lifting and reshaping sagging breast tissue. For a more modest volume goal, compare breast enlargement with your own fat and its limitations.

Before surgery: assessment, consent and preparation

Illustrative preparation room; no claim about Sevclinic’s operating facilities.

Before breast augmentation in Turkey, send a complete medical history through the provider’s secure process and bring your questions to the surgeon. Online photographs can support initial planning, but they do not replace examination. Agree how changes discovered at the in-person assessment would affect consent and pricing.

List all medicines and supplements, including weight-loss treatments, hormones and products bought without a prescription. Ask the anaesthetist and prescribing clinician for individual instructions; do not stop a medicine because another patient was told to do so.

The ASPS preparation guide discusses medical evaluation, appropriate breast assessment, smoking cessation and help after surgery. Arrange support for childcare, shopping and luggage as well as the journey from hospital.

Read the exact implant’s patient information before deciding. The FDA describes US risk-communication requirements, including a patient decision checklist. Those are US requirements, not a statement of Turkish law, but they illustrate the level of device-specific information worth discussing.

What happens during breast augmentation surgery?

During breast augmentation in Turkey, the team confirms the plan, anaesthesia and incision. The surgeon creates the agreed pocket, places the implant, checks the result and closes the incision. Dressings and support are applied according to the operative plan. Fat transfer or lifting adds separate steps.

ASPS describes the main procedural stages. Ask whether your procedure is planned as day surgery or includes an overnight stay, and what criteria determine discharge. An uncomplicated first operation is different from a lift with implants or complex revision; their schedules should not be treated as interchangeable.

Is breast augmentation in Turkey safe?

Safety in breast augmentation in Turkey depends on patient selection, the operating team, the facility, the device and follow-up. A country name or implant brand cannot settle that question. Ask how your own health and proposed procedure change the risk assessment.

ASPS lists recognised risks, including bleeding, infection, fluid collections, altered sensation, scarring, implant movement, rupture, capsular contracture, persistent pain and further surgery. Discuss their relevance to your specific plan rather than relying on a single advertised “success rate.”

Capsular contracture, rupture and rippling

The body forms a capsule of scar tissue around an implant. If it tightens, the breast can become firm, distorted or painful. Implants can also rupture or change position, and edges or ripples may be visible or felt. The FDA complication guide explains these problems and why additional treatment may be needed.

BIA-ALCL and other reported capsule cancers

BIA-ALCL is a lymphoma associated with breast implants, not the same condition as ordinary breast cancer. The FDA reports higher risk with textured than smooth surfaces. Persistent new swelling, a mass or pain around an implant requires assessment, including when it occurs years later.

The FDA has also reported SCC and other lymphomas in the implant capsule. These appear rare, but incidence and risk factors remain uncertain. For people without symptoms, the FDA does not recommend implant removal solely because of concern about those reports. Discuss your device and symptoms with a qualified clinician.

Breast implant illness

Some patients report systemic symptoms described as breast implant illness, including fatigue, concentration difficulties and joint or muscle pain. The FDA explains that the relationship remains unclear and there is no specific diagnostic test or recognised set of criteria. Symptoms deserve medical evaluation; neither dismiss them nor assume implants are the only possible cause.

When to get urgent medical help

Seek immediate emergency assessment for breathlessness, chest pain, collapse or other severe symptoms. A breast that rapidly enlarges, becomes increasingly painful or red, or develops discharge or fever needs prompt clinical review. Do not wait for your flight home or a routine remote appointment.

Before discharge, get written instructions distinguishing emergency symptoms from concerns suitable for a scheduled review. BAPRAS describes signs of bleeding and infection. Ask who can examine you in person if something changes.

Finding the best breast augmentation surgeon for you

There is no reliable universal ranking that makes one surgeon the best for every breast and every goal. Look for relevant plastic-surgery training, experience with the proposed operation, verifiable operating arrangements and a consultation that addresses limitations.

The following are examples for independent research, not a ranking or a Sevclinic team list. Public directory entries help establish identity; they do not audit an individual surgeon’s outcomes.

SurgeonInformation checkedA useful consultation topic
Dr. Semih YıldızTurkish society directory entry and breast augmentation procedure information. How the implant model and any need for a lift affect your plan.

Dr. Kamil Güray YeşiladalıTurkish society directory entry and The Aesthetic Society profile. His practice biography describes breast and body-contouring work.Current operating location, proposed technique and arrangements after returning home.

Confirm current credentials, who actually performs the operation and the facility where it will happen. Ask for healed examples with starting anatomy similar to yours. A persuasive consultation should leave you understanding both the intended change and the compromises.

Breast augmentation recovery: a practical timeline

A woman in loose button-front pyjamas resting upright with pillows while a companion brings water

For recovery after breast augmentation in Turkey, plan support before surgery rather than discovering afterwards that you cannot manage normal tasks comfortably. Your discharge instructions should cover medicines, dressings, showering, sleep, movement and follow-up. Recovery varies with pocket placement, additional procedures and your progress.

StageWhat to planCheck with your surgeon
First few daysHelp at home, comfortable clothing, prescribed pain relief and gentle activity as advised.Wound care, when you can shower and symptoms needing review.
About 1–2 weeksA common initial period away from work, with flexibility for your job and recovery.Return to desk work, driving and management of stitches.
First monthAvoid heavy lifting and strenuous activity according to your instructions.Restrictions on exercise, childcare and upper-body effort.
Around six weeksMany normal activities may be reintroduced when cleared.Whether healing permits your usual training and work demands.
Following monthsAllow the appearance and feel to settle; keep review appointments.Persistent swelling, pain, asymmetry or concerns about the implant.

The NHS patient guide provides these broad work and activity landmarks. They are not clearance dates for every patient. The ASPS recovery guide emphasises the operating surgeon’s instructions and follow-up.

How painful is breast augmentation?

Tightness, soreness and swelling can make early tasks uncomfortable. Ask what pain control is planned, how symptoms should change and whom to contact if you are not improving. A guaranteed pain-free recovery or a universal score out of ten would not describe every patient’s experience.

Do you need bed rest?

Recovery does not usually mean staying in bed continuously. Ask for specific instructions about gentle movement and avoiding strain. Arrange help with lifting children, carrying shopping and handling a suitcase. These everyday demands are easy to overlook when focusing on time away from the gym.

Support bras, scars and everyday care

An unworn beige front-opening postoperative support bra laid beside folded towels

Wear the support garment your surgeon recommends, with the fit and duration explained. Ask whether you need a spare and when you can change to your usual bra. Instructions differ, particularly after a lift or revision, so do not copy another patient’s schedule.

Keep wound care simple and follow the discharge plan. Ask when the incision is fully healed and when scar products, massage or pressure are appropriate. Do not start implant massage without checking whether it is recommended for your device and pocket.

Tell the team about rubbing, new skin changes or a garment that feels too tight. Healing photographs can help remote follow-up, but symptoms that need examination should not be managed through photographs alone.

How long should you stay in Turkey after breast surgery?

When travelling for breast augmentation in Turkey, agree a provisional travel schedule with the surgeon and keep room for changes. The NHS advises against flying for 5–7 days after breast surgery. That is general advice, not automatic permission to fly on day seven. Your recovery, combined procedures, flight length and personal clot risk may require a different plan.

Before departure, arrange an in-person review, obtain written instructions and clarify how follow-up will continue. Check airline requirements and insurance covering planned treatment and complications. A routine holiday policy may not be sufficient.

If you are comparing Istanbul and Antalya, compare the actual surgeon and facility rather than the city alone. Include access to checks, distance from accommodation and what happens if you need to extend the stay. For combined abdominal and breast surgery, the tummy tuck guide explains additional recovery and travel considerations.

How long do breast implants last, and what follow-up is needed?

An ultrasound probe beside a blank-screen examination machine and a closed medical folder
Illustration of monitoring equipment; no diagnostic finding is shown.

When choosing breast augmentation in Turkey, remember that breast implants are not lifetime devices. Their lifespan varies, and further surgery may be needed for a complication, a change in preference or changes in breast tissue. An automatic replacement every ten years is not a personalised follow-up plan. The FDA explains the continuing monitoring commitment.

Ultrasound and MRI for silicone implants

For patients without symptoms, FDA labeling guidance recommends the first ultrasound or MRI for silicone gel implant rupture at 5–6 years, then every 2–3 years. Symptoms or uncertain ultrasound findings can require earlier or different assessment. This US reference should be discussed alongside your implant’s labeling and the recommendations of your treating clinician.

Rupture screening does not replace ordinary breast-cancer screening. Keep both plans clear. See the FDA implant-labeling guidance for the screening recommendation.

Keep an implant record

Before leaving, request the operation note and an implant card or equivalent record identifying the manufacturer, model, volume and serial or lot information for each side. Keep a digital copy somewhere you can find it years later. If you change doctors, these records are more useful than an old package brochure.

The published package checklist from Dr. Semih Yıldız discusses implant documentation and follow-up. Ask your own provider who keeps the record and how you can request a copy later.

Mammograms, pregnancy and breastfeeding

Tell the mammography service that you have implants when booking screening. Follow the breast-health schedule appropriate to your age, symptoms and history; the FDA advises informing the screening facility.

Breastfeeding may still be possible, but milk supply can be affected and cannot be guaranteed. Discuss incision choice and your future plans before surgery. Pregnancy and weight changes can also change the appearance of augmented breasts. BAPRAS discusses pregnancy, feeding and breast changes.

If your goals change after years with a device, a fresh assessment may compare enlargement with surgery to reduce breast volume. The appropriate operation depends on your current tissues and priorities.

Before-and-after photos, reviews and realistic results

Use photographs to understand a surgeon’s approach, not to choose a guaranteed outcome. Ask whether the examples involve implants alone or include a lift or fat transfer. Look for similar starting tissue, consistent posture and lighting, and a stated time after surgery.

Read breast augmentation Turkey reviews for details about consultation, implant records and aftercare when something did not go to plan. A star rating cannot tell you which pocket, size or device is appropriate for you. Keep your questions specific enough that the surgeon can answer them.

Do not judge the final shape from an early photograph. Swelling and tightness settle over time, and the two sides may change at different rates. If an appearance worries you, ask when it should be assessed rather than trying to diagnose it from another patient’s images. The illustrations here are educational scenes, not before-and-after results.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best breast implant?

There is no single model that is best for everyone. Ask how the recommended filling, surface, dimensions and pocket fit your anatomy and priorities. Read the device information before agreeing, including its long-term risks and monitoring requirements.

Can a bigger implant avoid a breast lift?

Not reliably when there is significant sagging. Adding weight does not substitute for a plan to reposition tissue. Ask what enlargement alone would leave unchanged and what extra scars or stages a lift would involve.

Can I go braless after breast augmentation?

Follow your surgeon’s support-garment instructions during healing. Ask when restrictions can change. A comfortable result months later and the support needed immediately after surgery are different questions.

Can I fly with healed breast implants?

Having implants is different from having just undergone surgery. Once healed, flying is generally possible; the immediate postoperative restriction concerns recovery and medical risk. Ask about your specific circumstances rather than using a general statement about implants to justify an early return flight.

Can enlargement be combined with a tummy tuck?

Sometimes, as part of a combined post-pregnancy surgery plan. Combining operations changes anaesthesia time, recovery support and travel planning. Ask whether staging is more appropriate. An attractive combined-package price should follow the surgical assessment.

Does an implant warranty mean free replacement surgery?

Not necessarily. A warranty may cover the device under defined conditions while leaving surgeon, hospital, anaesthesia, travel or other costs to you. Read the actual terms for your implant and country of treatment, and distinguish them from the clinic’s revision policy.

What happens if I want the implants removed later?

Removal, exchange and any accompanying lift are separate decisions. Ask about likely shape changes, scars and costs. The BAPRAS long-term information explains why future surgery belongs in the original decision.

Preparing an enquiry to Sevclinic

Use the Sevclinic contact page to ask about current breast-surgery assessment and service availability. Explain the change you want, relevant medical history, previous breast operations and future pregnancy plans. Ask for secure instructions before sharing photographs or medical records.

Request the surgeon’s name, operating facility, proposed implant details, itemised quote and follow-up arrangements. The external prices and surgeons discussed here are research examples, not Sevclinic prices or team members. Confirm the clinical details that apply to your own assessment.
